Fish Curry



Ingredients :

Fish -  250 gms
Onion - 1
Green Chilly - 4
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Coconut - 2 cups
Curry leaves - 1 strand
Edible Coconut oil
Salt

Proceed :

Marinate the fish in salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder for 15 minutes.
Grind the coconut, green chilly, Onion, coriander powder, Red chilly powder and ginger.
Heat oil, add curry leaves and  masala paste.
Add about 1 cup water if required.
Add the fish slices and cook.
Add salt to taste.
